What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Life right!? It happens! Please notify us at least 3 days prior to your booking to reschedule. There is a 25% non-refundable service fee if you cancel for any reason. No refunds will be allowed if you miss your event or cancel your event 3 days before your booking!

I need to reschedule my event. How long do I have to reschedule?

You have 3 months to reschedule your event from the original booking day.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

You will be able to reschedule your event within 3 months of your original booking day, if your event is an outdoor event.
